Social Studies is the study of the social behavior of humans in the past or present.The studies that help our understandings of our past and present are:

• Geography
• Sociology
• international Relations
• Linguistics
• Psychology
• Archaeology
• Politics 
• Anthropology
  

    History is the study of past events. History relates to our understanding of World history because its the same Study, just that World History is a more specific topic. Geography is the study of the earth. if we can understand why the earth is shaped the way it is we can have some idea of why events happened in that region of the world. Sociology is the study of society. Learning about societies and how people socialize within those societies is greatly connected to world history because we need to know how people worked together as a whole. international relations help us grow with other nations and to learn from the mistakes that have happened in our past. Linguistics is the study of language and it relates to world history because we know the origins of our languages and how they came to be what they are today. psychology is the study of how humans think and how the brain works. Archaeology is the study of past human civilizations. This plays a big role in understanding world history because we learn how early generations lived. Anthropology is the study of humanity past and present which is part of world history. Politics is the study of law and government and in world history you learn about how government was run. 

Anthropology- Study of humanities past and present
